From there, you are welcomed to a beautifully styled long table for an immersive six-course tasting menu. Inspired by the rich agricultural landscape of County Kildare and the spirit of the racing world, each course is expertly paired to elevate the evening into a true sensory experience.

Throughout the night, acclaimed racing personalities: former champion jockey & broadcaster Fran Berry and racing broadcaster Kevin O’Ryan host the table.
